Musica Mundo is the place to enjoy music from around the world. You can do so at the annual festival in June and throughout the year at concerts in the series at theater De Lieve Vrouw. Musica Mundo searches for magical sounds and extraordinary sounds that connect different continents.
The festival is free to attend. No matter where you are from, you are welcome to Musica Mundo!

Magical sounds during Musica Mundo festival
For the seventh time, Musica Mundo Festival brings a special program with renowned artists and young talent from home and abroad. Here's what you need to know:

The program
Two well-known orchestras from Amersfoort, Wilskracht and KAMV, join forces with artists from around the world for a unique festival. Sunday afternoon, the stage will be taken over by the Musica Mundo Orchestra, conducted by Thijs Borsten. They will perform classical music from a variety of cultures, with performances by singers Aylin Sezer and Zainal Afailal. The celebration begins as early as Thursday, June 27, with an outdoor movie night. And take note: on Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon, two parades will provide extra atmosphere in the city.
