ViVa Vathorst - Canal Festival
A day filled with music, delicious food and super fun activities for everyone! Come and discover local talent. Enjoy the great performances and sing along at the end of the evening at the top of your voice. A perfect day for the whole family!
Third Edition
Saturday, June 8 is the third edition of the ViVa Vathorst Canal Festival. From 13:30 to 23:00, enjoy music from the water or the quays of the Durgerdamhaven and Terschellingkade in Vathorst. The addition of a festival market, more food trucks and children's activities will expand the ViVa Vathorst Grachtenconcert into a true Grachtenfestival.
Thanks to your enthusiasm and friendliness, the festival was a resounding success! With the sun high in the sky, great performances by our artists, young and old, and a fantastic crowd both on the water and on the quay, we look back on June 3, 2023 with a big smile. It was one of those days when everything fell together perfectly in Vathorst. Take a quick look at the aftermovie, made by Vathorst TV and Stad Amersfoort. Cruise to the event with your own boat, or just come by bike or walk from the train station and find a spot on the dock. Enjoy the varied program with a drink and a bite to eat.
