Panic Room is an intimate, poetic and physical duet of two people locked in a dark room. Do they know each other or not, and what are they fleeing from? The outside world, the other or themselves? The basement, where they feel safe, forces the past upon them and forces them to fillet each other to the bone. In a race against time, through inescapable role-playing, they try to find the exit in hopes of making it light again. But can you redeem the other from the darkness or only yourself?
Following their successful collaboration on the family drama Sea of Silence, theater producers Floor Houwink ten Cate and Abke Haring and writer Esther Duysker are joining forces for Panic Room....
