Tollius has existed since 1992 and during all these years we have continuously been busy surprising and creative, getting inspired by what is going on in the (culinary) world and expressing this in our way in our restaurant.

The menu changes regularly where we find inspiration in our surroundings, during trips, in books and let ourselves be guided mainly by what we ourselves really like. In addition, there are always some evergreens on the menu, such as roast entrecôte double with béarnaise sauce, or a nice piece of fish, purely prepared.
